[na-user] Thanks for NA downloading help!

Hi guys,
Thanks to Dave, K8CC, and many others for your advice and suggestions.  I was
able to download the current version which worked flawlessly during the
contest even though I used it in Windows and not in DOS!  The reason I used it
in Windows is so that I could monitor DX Summit at the same time which
unfortuately didn't work since RF got into the phone line and I couldn't hold
the internet reflector.
