[na-user] NA with PIEXX TS-930

There is no specific support in NA for the PIEXX TS-930, which is supposed to
emulate the TS-850.  Simply select either KENWOOD1 or KENWOOD2 for the radio in
the NA Configuration Editor.  (The number after the "KENWOOD" refers to the
number of stop bits used in the serial data connection.  Some Kenwoods use 1,
some use 2 so select accordingly.  See your PIEXX documentation to determine
which to use.  I believe the TS-850 use one stop bit.)
