[na-user] sidetone

I read the messages about the missing sidetone, and it isn't clear to me if 
this will help, but here is my most recent experience with this problem.

I use COM 1 for 3 different interfaces, one of which is my keying interface 
for NA.  Don't ask me why, but I don't get the sidetone unless the correct 
interface is connected at the COM port.  I run NA in a DOS session under 
Windows 98se.  The sound comes from the PC speaker of course.
