[NA-User] TRYING TO INSTALL AND RUN NA FOR FIRST TIME

The program is not loading the way the manual says it is supposed to.

The QDF files are all missing or I am not unzipping them properly.  When the 
program finishes loading I get "46 files loaded."  Is this normal?
