[NA-User] New Country Files - 22 November 2002

Hi Jim:
Before I panic, I have to check with you.

I used NA (as usual) in the CQ WW DX CW this past weekend, with the
previous version of the counfry files (a week old?). My score was 1,000,000 +.

I updated the Country files today, and re-ran the program. My score was
700,000+.

Checking the .PRN files indicated that most US (2 point) and DX (3 point)
QSOs were given only 1 point. The newest version also reported 5 more
countries.

Somebody's wrong - either me or NA or the newest Country file.
Any hints?
