     * Removed old 4K1 callsigns from Antarctica, CE9
     * Added K1GU in CQ Zone 4, KD5M in CQ Zone 5 and WL7Z in CQ Zone 5
       to callsign list for United States, K.
     * KH0R is Northern Marianas, KH0, not United States, K
     * Added M/SP3CW to callsign list for Poland, SP.
     * R1ANB is in CQ Zone 29
     * R1ANN is in CQ Zone 39
     * VK0DX is in CQ Zone 39
     * Fixed problem with VL9L and VM9L prefixes for Lord Howe, VK9L
     * Added XW8KPL/RU3DX to callsign list for Laos, XW
