[NA-User] question on the ADI file

Tried to import my adi file into my loging program from the arrl ssb 
contest but I got 33 in the bad adi file. It says "duplicate 
date/time/qso" these contacts were worked on other bands, and it does 
show different frequencies. The only thing common is the callsign. Am I 
doing something wrong, or is this a bug. Never ran into it before. I 
presume this will present a problem trying to upload to the LOTW.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
