[NA-User] Bad Pass Word

Hi to all,
    I wondering if someone could tell me how to get a pass word that works
on www.datomonline.com.  After I paid the $10 fee & got User Name: + Pass
Word: via snail mail (27 Feb 06) it is no go at the web site.  Now using NA
10.57 reg. user ....tring to get NA10.61 to correct problems (Band i.d.
using letters, to Band i.d. in Freq.) with the Arrl VHF contest Robot.
