Hi Art,
 
This is not what I am looking for.  I need the CALCTY.MLT file,  updated with 
the new county abbreviations.
 
So far I've not found anybody with such a file, so I will sit down and  
update the old one.  If anybody has a web site to post it to, I'd be  happy to send 
the new version once I do.
 
The CA in state guys will need an updated .ALI file,  a  project I will let 
to be done by someone else.
