[NA-User] Country.dat problem

Hi Guys,
 
I'm running NA 10.65 and having trouble updating the Country.dat  file.  Hope 
you can help.  Here's what's happening:
 
1) I download the Country.dat file using Windows XP computer and Internet  
Explorer.
 
2) I copy Country.dat to NA.
 
3) I run NAU and select update country file.  NAU runs and looks  like the 
conversion is getting done.
 
4) I start the NA program and get an error message.
 
While viewing the Country.dat file it is obvious that Windows added  some 
additional lines at the beginning of the file.  In the past, if I  removed these 
additional lines... the Country.dat file would work.  But  this week I've 
tried deleting the unwanted lines and re-running and still get  the error message.
 
I've tried various ways of downloading the program but always get the same  
unwanted lines at the beginning of the file.
 
Any idears?  What am I doing wrong?
