This is a re-release for Win-Test users only.  UA0Z etc. should be in
CQ Zone 19, not CQ Zone 23.  Thanks to Boris, E73Y for noticing this.


The Contest Country (CTY) Files were updated on 21 October 2008.

21 October 2008 (CTY-1811)

    * 2M0BDR, 2M0BDT, GM1KKI, GM4PXG, GM6RQW, GM7RKD, GM8IHT, MM0ZCG,
      MM3CPE, MM3ZET and MS0ZET are all Shetland, GM/s
       
    * Added zone exceptions for China, BY and United States, K to
      cty_wt.dat (Win-Test)

    * Fixed some GMT to local time offset typos for China, BY in
      cty_wt_mod.dat (Win-Test)

    * Fixed cty_wt_mod.dat (Win-Test) to put UA0Z etc. in CQ Zone 19,
      not CQ Zone 23.
