[NA-User] NA and FT-100

Anyone using this combo? I have them talking (I think) but there is some  
kind of polling going on.
 
If I change bands (i.e. from 40 to 80) on the computer, the  logger jumps 
to the new band for less than a second and then reverts back to 40.  Then, 
about every 3 seconds, the longer jumps to the new band for that same  short 
time and reverts back to 40. This appears to go on forever.
 
Any clues?
