I just realized I was experiencing an Old Phart Fantasy when I said we
could modify the mult file to have NA plug in the XE mults. I was "thinking in
reverse..."

Guys,
There are 3 call areas for Mexico in the ARRL 10. XE1, XE2 and XE3. XF4
remains a country multiplier.
Within each call area there are several states just like we have here in
the
US (exception being CA, HI and AK).
Also, make NA accept DF or DFE for District Federal.
XE1 COL DF EMX GTO HGO JAL MIC MOR NAY PUE QRO TLX VER
XE2 AGS BAC BCS CHH COA DGO NLE SLP SIN SON TAM ZAC
XE3 CAM CHI GRO OAX QUI TAB YUC

I am also attaching a PDF with a great deal of information. (IF the PDF
does not come across, email me direct and I will send it to you.)
