[NA-User] NY QSO Party Files

I've put together Template and Multiplier files for the New York QSO Party, 
 which is happening this Saturday. It does not recognize Digital as 
separate from  CW for scoring, though it does show RTTY contacts in the Cabrillo 
output  file.
