[NCC] WRTC 2000

NCC has been honored once again. NCC will send a team to represent the
USA to Slovenia for WRTC 2000.
As this is a lengthy and costly trip, NCC needs to know who is willing
to go.
The final NCC member will then choose a USA partner who is not an NCC
member.

Please send me a EMAIL indicating your desire and I will compile a list
which will be voted on in September by all NCC members.

I need to know your desire prior to August 31.
