[NCC] All Internet Contest

Contest Rules:

1. Contest Starts 0200Z July 31st. That's Friday night 2200
   E.D.T. (10 p.m.)

2. Contest period one hour.

3. Exchange NR & State or outside U.S. use country prefix.

4. K8MR method allowed. You may change calls with each band change,
   if you wish. You may choose any call including dx, but maintain
   your current consectutive nr's.

5. One qso per station on each band with each call used.

6. Scoring: 1 point per qso times total band countries & states.

7. Reporting: Honor system, score to be e-mailed to 
   slazar19&sgi.net (Spike, W9XR) within 24 hours of contesr end.

8. Awards: Quality certificates (like the old days) to the top 10
   operators.
