[NCC] Hy-Tower bases

I have an unusual request.

I am pouring concrete for a 4 square, but I only have two HyTowers
(my
chosen antenna) on hand.

Are there any NCCers out there who might let me "borrow" their
(presumably) unused Hytower bases for me to use as forms when I
pour the concrete for the anchor legs?

I need two.  All I need is the "T" shaped piece with the insulators
attached.

I will pay all shipping and have them back to you ASAP.
