[NCC] Contest Dinner Speaker

I am pleased to announce that Dave Sumner, K1ZZ, Executive Vice
President of the American Radio Relay League (and a very good contest
operator!), will be the dinner speaker at the  7th Annual Dayton Contest
Dinner to be held this coming Saturday night at the Crowne Plaza hotel
in downtown Dayton.
