[NCC] NCC WRTC 2000

I am very proud to announce that K8NZ will represent the North Coast
Contesters in Slovenia for WRTC2000. Ron has been a major player in NCC
from the start and he is also a veteran contest operator. I am certain
he will be very successful.

I know I speak for all of the members, wishing Ron and his teammate all
