[NCC] Plaques and CW Sprint

Thanks to K8DX, W3YQ/KL7 (DX award) , W3GH, ND8L, KJ3L (yes Jim is back
in Erie!), K8AZ and W8GN for their recent contributions to the NCC
plaques fund.
We are getting close to having enough for the year, however we still
need a few more dollars.

The CW NCC Sprint team is shaping up to be a good one!
