The Mad River Radio Club is again hosting the Suite in the Sun at the 2000 
Dayton Hamvention, Friday and Saturday May 19 and 20.  This year the North 
Coast Contesters are helping as co-sponsors.  The Suite is in the same
spaces 
as last year, 3858-3860.

We will need people to sign up for time slots at the suite. Duties include 
watching the flea market table and being hospitible to our contesting
friends 
who stop by.  Sign up for time slots (1-2 hours) via e-mail to K8MR 
(jimk8mr@aol.com). It would be particularly appreciated if NCCers could
watch 
things around noon on Saturday when MRRC has it's traditional business 
meeting inside.

Plan to bring along flea market things for sale!  We sold an amazing amount 
of stuff last year, so convert your "trash" into someone else's treasure as 
well as some cold cash.  You all have been to enough Hamventions to know
what 
is appropriate. Keep in mind that you will have to be able to carry it into 
the flea market space, and back out should it not sell.

The SITS will also give you a place to safely dump your purchases until the 
end of the day.  We plan to have a well stocked cooler (soda only, no beer) 
and lots of chairs to help revive us and all other weary contesters.

Less than 2 weeks to Dayton!
