[NCC] ARRL SS Plaques

Has someone contacted N1ND at ARRL HQ to set up our sponsorship for the
2001 SS Plaques? He needs to be contacted very soon with the funds.

We also need to send a membership list to N1ND by the end of the year so
he knows who is in the club....Maybe K8LN has already done all of this.
I just wanted to make sure.
