I see we are listed on contesting.com in the new links area.

I did not see a notice for this (maybe I missed the posting), but it
looks like NCC is on the WEB. I think KU8E put it together.
We need some help fixing links and getting the member list on it. The
reviews already are saying there needs to be more "stuff". I suggest an
NCC member should maintain this page going forward.
