Hated to miss the contest, but the xyl's birthday and our anniversary was
something that wasn't going to be put aside for amateur radio....It was nice
to have 4 kids home with boy friends and girl friends, which I didn't know
about and some explaining had to be done, (fathers always last to know) and
spouses to enjoy the weekend. Kids couldn't stand all the adult excitement
so they headed up to Kent State to spend saturday nite.....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm,
NO, I didnt make it to the radio late saturday nite, but I did get there
around 9:30am Sunday morning....I managed to get in 6 hours and do what I
could to help the NCC...

NO rig problems, antenna problems, CT ran just great, all went well for the
short period of time I was on......756 PRO is great rig, definetly excellent
contesting rig...

Good Luck NCC Jon K8LY
