Might give K3LR something to do from Oklahoma during the contest :-) Scott ________________________________________________________ Hello fello contesters, Here's your chance to think outside the box! I am announcing the availability of Leaderboard Live!, a new free service and software package on my website contestlogs.com. Leadboard Live! allows users of Writelog to post their scores (and optionally multiplier totals) to the contestlogs.com website live during the contest! Then, using either the Writelog client or a web browser, you see results! - Have a horserace with your buddies - Check on the competition - See how your fairing in the pack - Allow contesting to become a spectator sport. The Leaderboard Live! client is a plugin for Writelog. You can see the leaderboard directly in Writelog. However, there is also a standalone Windows client. Viewer/Poster. For those not using Writelog, or for friends and neighbors who want to see how you are going -- just point them to http://www.contestlogs.com/live. There are a full range of options to filter the listed stations based on Class, Location, etc. If you're a Writelog user, go to http://www.contestlogs.com/plugin to download the plugin setup for Writelog. I'll be at VY2SS this weekend -- watch our score live on the system. Here's hoping you'll give it a try! Currently, the site and software is setup for CQWW and ARRL SS contests. 73 and Good Luck! This meant getting heavy equipment back in the woods to pull out tree stumps and level the area so the 65,000 feet of radials could be laid. Since my cables all run on the ground, this meant rolling everything up at the base of each tower. It was a big project, and the 4SQ seems to work FB, but getting things wired back up proved to be a bigger task than I had imagined. It seems as though I'd taken a lightning hit at some point just before the start of the 80M 4SQ project, and I was just finding out the extent of the damage. It wiped out all the ring rotators, some T2X's, as well as all the WX0B stack switching. And I thought a month ago my biggest problem was going to be how to adjust my schedule to take our kids out trick-or-treating Sunday afternoon! Atleast all the antennas were fixed on Europe, and I did manage to get the top 10M antenna to rotate just before the start of the contest, and hard wire in a single 15M Yagi late Sunday morning. After getting back with the kids from TT'ing, I fired back up on 15M and had my best ever, last hour of the contest rate of 101. Can't remember the last time I spent so little time in this contest. Hoping to pull enough stuff together to be competitive for CQWW CW. 73...Scott -- Submissions: ncc@contesting.com Administrative requests: ncc-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-ncc@contesting.com From Nzharps@aol.com Tue Oct 30 17:51:33 2001 From: Nzharps@aol.com (Nzharps@aol.com) Date: Tue, 30 Oct 2001 12:51:33 EST Subject: [NCC] PJ2Z CQWW SSB M/S Message-ID: <38.1e1c7c5d.291042a5@aol.com> PJ2Z - Multi-Single Operators : KU8E , N8VW, K8NZ ,W0CG, WC4E 160 : 68/9/19 80 408/22/66 40 : 939/29/109 20 : 2058/37/134 15 : 2061/36/142 10 : 2806/35/133 total 8340/168/603 18,972,768 Comments-- Very impressed with the new CCC station on Curacao The station(the former QTH of W1BIH/PJ9JT) is in the end stages of a mammoth renovation and upgrade.
