Comments:
Superb conditions Friday and Saturday. Saturday morning (4 a.m. local) the
entire world could be heard on 15m, with a nice JA long path opening.
Conditions in the midwest fizzled on Sunday, however, and we had to resort to
S&P to make any QSO's at all -- and we often got beat to QSO's by little
pistols who were on the East coast.
Overall, an unusually fun contest. Big time congratulations to K4JA, who has
proven that a contest station from the midwest can win this contest, if only
the owner is willing to move the antenna farm a bit closer to the Atlantic
ocean.
73,
Tom, K8AZ
