[NCC] Technical help needed

Today I tried to replace the dial lamps in a Yaesu
FT-7400 that is used in our PacketCluster.  I was
surprised how tiny the holes and leads are.  I don't
have the miniature solder equipment or tiny drill that
is necessary to do this type of work.  I was wondering
if any of you are equipped to do this type of work?  If
so, I could use some help.
