[NCC] Plaques for this year are all set

We are all set for the 2001 CQWW plaques and the 2001 ARRL Sweepstakes
plaques. All money has been sent to the contest sponsors.
I just talked with John, K8LN and everything is done for 2001.

WT8C will be collecting dues and plaque money for 2002 plaques at the
K8MR party this coming weekend.

NCC sponsors 7 plaques every year in major contests. This is something
to be very proud of.
