That was fun.  I like the short contests.

Conditions were not good.  The east coast was a problem even on the high 
bands - I missed a bunch of New England mults on all the bands.  I decided 
to sit out the first two hours so I could operate the low bands at the end.  
That was a bad idea.  40 meters was terrible and 80 was non-existant.  So 
the last two hours of the contest were horrible.  The joys of contesting 
from Alaska!

Sorry I didn't bump into more club members for a QSO.  Keep me in mind for a 
Sprint team if NCC is putting one together.  It's neat being able to add my 
score to the NCC.

Comments:

I had a ball on 10-20, but the low bands were terrible from Alaska.  By 
0500Z
there was nothing to be found on 40.  My only QSO on 80 meters was with
neighbor VY1JA.  It was hard to imagine that 80 meters was wall to wall with
contesters when I couldn't hear a single signal.
