[NCC] Fwd: [contest_prez] Important changes to ARRL Club rules for 2002-2003 season

Hi Jamie..think the new rules will have a positive effect on NCC.  What we need to do is clearly define what a "member in good standing" is.  Our current definition is now obsolete, but will stand for the time being.

QRV for any discussion/ideas on the subject.
