[NCC] WRTC update

Just talked to Tim.  As his email previously mentioned, he and Pat arrived
safely early this morning.  All are in good spirits, albeit a bit tired as
they got little sleep on the plane.  

VE3EJ is already in OH as well.  Once we hear that Ron (K8NZ) and the Green
Hornet (W3GH) have arrived safely, NCC should be all accounted for.  If any
other NCC'ers are traveling to OH for WRTC, please let me know.
