[NCC] K8AZ: WRTC effort

Hi to the NCC Warriors!

K8AZ will be on for a serious multi-op effort to work the WRTC stations. We'll have at least 2 of the stations fully QRV, with one or 2 others set up for SWL'ing.  When there is no propagation to OH, we'll have some fun in IARU -- but the WRTC guys will always be the #1 priority.
