[NCC] W8CAR Multi-packet drop SoHpPt

Between the cluster stopping or disconnects, the noise on 15 
(powerline-S9) and crappy condx early on the W8CAR super station once 
again made a WRTC sweep with a total of 72 OJs. This is just plain fun! 
20 got real nice later on and it was like duck soup working the OJs. 
Activity seemed down but so are the sun spots.

Total for the order Qs 209cw, 21ssb, 49 mults=43,218
