[NCC] RXDX contest info

This is a great contest. The first year I entered I received a 
certificate and a complete printout of all the results from them through 
the QSL bureau. They send you your UBN report and results. They even 
have free software that works well. I have used it for two years now. 
Try this one it's fun and who among us doesn't get a kick from working 
masses of Russian stations!!!!(That is if not not burnt out from ARRLDX!)
