[NCC] Dayton Flea market and tickets

Have heard some interesting information concerning Dayton Flea Market
spaces. We, N8TR, K8BBE & myself usually have two spaces in the Flea Market.
Chuck, K8BBE usually does the groundwork in procuring the tickets and the
spaces. He has received the tickets but he has also been told that they now
require insurance to be purchased along with the Flea Market space - at a
cost of $50 per space!. Chuck has been in contact with the officials and is
trying to confirm this. Sounds like a good way to kill the Flea Market once
and for all.
