[NCC] WRTC 2002 raffle

Hello NCC-ers,

The WRTC 2002 has been holding a raffle as a fund raiser that
is now coming to a close.  Its a pretty good deal.  For $10, you
get a chance to win a plane ticket to Finland, with one weeks
free lodgings and a free pass to all WRTC events.  The only
catch is that you have to find your own way to a SAS gateway
airport (New York or Chicago).

You can buy as many tickets as you want.  You can use it
any time you want during calendar year 2002.

There will be two grand prize winners, with the winning tickets
drawn at the conclusion of the Contest dinner at Dayton.

If you are interested in competing for a prize or simply supporting
WRTC, reply by email to me as soon as you can.  The raffle will
be closed on May 10.
