Looking forward to working everyone this year. My puny signal will once
again try to work as many as possible.
Thanks for submitting as NCC Jim. I will too and we'll see what they do
with it. NCC has a number of stations in PA, so we'll have an ok score.
Having an out of state club competition might be a good way to drum up out
of state activity. If we could get MRRC, SOMC, PVRC, etc to challenge one
another, then activity might increase.. Still the best QSO party at least
in this born and raised Pennsylvanian's eye's....
I now have an IC-706 that is on loan from K3LR. If I can get to AES and buy
a mobile mount and 40m stick before Saturday, I may give mobile operating a
try. Not sure what I would/will do if I operate mobile for awhile and then
come home and try to work guys...
Have fun and drive safely if mobile.

The club competition is for PA only.
But for as good a contest as it is, the sponsors are not the most contest
savvy group out there. They might give club credit to an Ohio score.
I'll be out mobile on Saturday only, planning to do about 25 counties in
western and central PA. The score will be submitted for NCC. Hope to work
lots of you then!
