[NCC] NCC Stuff #8

Hello to All,

Looking for Sprint Team--
The NA Sprint runs this weekend from 8-12.  NCC will field at least one 
team.Sign up with me before noon on Saturday.  This is a great opportunity to 
sharpen those CW skills. I'll be low power looking to avenge my butt whoppin' 
administered by W8CAR in the OQP.

ARRL Great Lakes Director election--
With the resignation of WB8BGY as Great Lakes Director, those of us who are 
concerned about such matters should pay attention to the election of his 
successor.   Several people have thrown their hats into the ring. We need to 
support someone who aggressivly supports contesting and issues related to it. 
 More later.


Antenna projects and plans for CQWW should be moving along full speed by now. 
 Hope to hear everyone on this weekend in the Sprint.
