[NCC] New Date for CW Sprint

In a relatively last minute change of schedule, the February CW Sprint date 
has  been moved to February 1, or January 31 local time. (See below).  

Also remember another important date:  Saturday, January 3, 2004, for the 
annual K8MR and K8AZ parties in Cleveland.  See you then!
