[NCC] Dayton FLea market query

This happened to me last year and when I called to inquire they claimed that
they had not received a signed copy of the flea market contract from me. I
never did get a satisfactory answer as to why the committee never got in
touch with me before I had to call in early April.

Last July I made darn sure the contract for this year was signed and sent
with the payment; To date, I still haven't received anything from them. I
shudder to think how fouled up things might get if and when they move the
Hamvention elsewhere!
