Comments:

10 Meter propagation was el-stinko and precipitation static here tortured
what
there was of an opening on that band. Too many stations were on with
mal-adjusted AFSK input from soundcards adding to the splatter. Missed only
DEL,
VE4 and the NWT provinces. Had a coax switch go bad, resulting in several
partially melted plates in the plate tuning cap in the amp, resulting in
some
interesting arcensparken in the amp - had to revert to low power about
two-thirds of the way through the contest. RTTY contesting sure points out
the
weaknesses in your station!
