[NCC] naqp records/ncc team

Here are what I think are the NAQP records for OH/PA/WV and  ON.  It is
interesting that the CW records have been falling almost every January but
the SSB records are fairly old.  Obviously scores in January are much higher
than August.

Anyone interested in NCC teams for NAQP CW this weekend?  I'll register
them.  Send me your call and the call you will be using.  Got a good idea
for a team name?  Let me know.  This is a great contest with lots of
increasing activity.
