[NCC] PA QSO Party This Weekend

This weekend is the Pennsylvania QSO Party.  It runs from noon Saturday until 
1 am EDT on Sunday, and again from 9 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

Exchange is QSO Number and QTH.  Bands are 160 through VHF.

W8DRZ and I will be out on Saturday only.  We plan to be operating mobile 
from about 17 counties,  and possibly also setting up fixed rover operation from 
several of the rarer counties.  We'll use K8MR/3 for the mobile operation, and 
the club call of the Shenango Wireless Society, W3DAN,  for the rover part.
