[NCC] PAQP Callsign

W8DRZ and I are again heading to PA next weekend for the Pennsylvania QSO  
Party.
 
Subject to things like weather, we will likely again do both a "Rover" and  
"Mobile" entry.  We'll use K8MR for the mobile effort, but I am looking for  a 
different call for the rover part.  Who is the trustee of K8NCC, and  might we 
use it?  Or does anybody have a 3-land club call that we  might borrow for 
the weekend?
 
Remember that for the PA guys there is a club competition in the  PAQP.  For 
the rest, just be sure to get on and work the PA  guys!
