[NCC] August Harp run - Tuesday August 2

Greetings from the heat of Erie county (that was a thinly veiled reference 
to OQP coming the end of the month)

It appears that the wx is going to finally break and we can begin the final 
antenna projects of the summer. It is also time to think about contests 
coming up and how to counteract the low sunspots.

To further these efforts the next Harp run is scheduled for August 2, 
Tuesday at noonish. If you can make it let me or K8NZ (aka FLA boy) know.

Let's hope the wx stays cooler and more normal!
