[NCC] This coming weekend is ARRL DX Phone

NCC had an outstanding level of participation during ARRL CW last weekend.
Many members were on the air and we have a very fine club score so far.

We need to make sure that NCC is "radio active" during the Phone weekend.
NCC has a great shot to win the medium club gavel this year, but it will take
ALL of us to get on the air and turn in our logs to make it happen.

Do a multi op, a single op, a single band, part time, but just get on the air
and have fun working DX on Phone this coming weekend!
