You are so right,  I goofed.  K8AZ will put together the papers to put forward K3LR for the CQ Contesting Hall of Fame..

When I receive your dues, I will acknowledge them with an email back to you.

The first item discussed was elections for the president, vice-president and secretary/treasurer for the 2006 calendar year. The floor was opened for nominations and none were received. A motion was made and seconded that the existing officers be re-elected for this year. These officers are:
President: Dan Kovatch, W8CAR,
Vice-President: Ron Harps, K8NZ,
Secretary/Treasurer: Reno Tonsi, WT8C.
A voice vote was taken and the above were re-elected for 2006.

Tom Lee, K8AZ, made a motion that as a memorial to Ray Brown, W8BIN, we take up a collection and the club match it 100% up to a maximum of $50.00. The funds collected will be donated to the Berea Animal Shelter which was one of Ray's wishes. $75.00 was collected from the members present and the club will add $50.00 for a total donation of $125.00. 
For those who did not know Ray, he passed in December with cancer. 

On the non-business side, K3LR brought a Icom 7800 over for everyone to look at and play with. Thanks Tim.

73 and hope to hear all during the 2006 contest season.
