[NCC] W3USA in Pa QSO Party

AC8E and I will be heading east this weekend for the Pennsylvania QSO  Party, 
operating as W3USA/M.  We have plans for 30+ counties over the two  day event.
 
I hope to work lots of NCC and MRRC people during the weekend.  The  score 
will go for NCC in the PA club competition.
 
In addition to the usual bands I will have 75 meters available during the  
daylight hours, the time it gets depending on conditions on 40 and  elsewhere.  
If not busy I can qsy easily from other bands. I may have  both 80 and 75 
available after dark, though I don't expect much use of 75  then.
 
PaQP runs from noon Saturday to 1am Sunday, and again from 9 am to 6 pm  
Sunday (EDT).
