Hey Jim, er Lebron!  I'm trying to get a team of RAT/CAT type calls  
on, and K4RAT and W4CAT callsigns are available, but I can't find 
anyone  to take 'em for a spin and join our RAT team.  Any 
interest?  Any  ideas for other ops???  Any club e-mail lists that you 
can forward this  to?

Pretty decent ops lined up so far:

I also shot several  e-mails to N8RAT, but no answer (might be a 
better call for you, if you were  inclined to have an 8-land call) -- 
maybe you know  him?
