[NCC] K8AZ Open House Jan. 6

Greetings and Happy New Year to the NCC Warriors!
 
I hope everyone had a joyous Christmas holiday and that you all wrapped up 2006 in good health.
 
Just a reminder:  the annual K8AZ open house is this Saturday, January 6, 2007, starting at (but not before) 3 pm.  We'll have the usual snacks an beverages, followed by the traditional pizza dinner. K3LR, WA3FET, W8WWV and others will be here, as well as most of the K8AZ Crew.  The weather forecast for the weekend is unseasonably warm, so the usual January snow belt excuse will not apply.  All contesters and DXers are invited.  
 
By traditiion, this is one of the annual NCC meetings (after pizza), and elections will be held during the meeting.  We will also elect new NCC members -- please get your nominations to me asap.  (I will be putting up Hal, W1NN and Fred, K8PP.)  Let me know if there is anything else for the agenda, other than Reno's annual collection of dues.
 
After the meeting, the group will travel to K8MR's for the annual party there...and for those of us that "go both ways," the MRRC meeting.
